A Brief Overview
Growth Academy has been a bright fixture in tutoring in Sydney for over ten years. And we are still growing and expanding, extending our services to every child and teenager who harbor the desire to learn but want to know more outside of their respective schools.
Since our inception, our tutors have assisted students from over 100 schools and logged in over 24,000 teaching hours. More than the raving testimonials from parents and the numerous awards that we have received, we are prouder that we have been partners in the success of our students.
What We Offer
Our humble Sydney tutoring center offers weekly small-sized classes from Kindergarten to Year 12.
Our main focus in Primary School is to create a solid foundation in two subjects that kids have experienced the most difficulty, namely Maths and English. As they move on to High School, aside from these two subjects, we also provide tutoring in Science. In preparation for the HSC trials and exams, we tutor our students in Maths, English, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry to help them achieve the ATAR marks that they desire.
Our latest offering is our STEAM programs, in partnership with Snapology. The program caters to kids ages 1-14. Through STEAM, we foster in our students an early love for science, technology, engineering, math, and the arts through interactive learning activities using LEGO, K’Nex, and popular devices such as laptops and tablets.
Our Greatest Pride
Growth Academy’s greatest pride is our team of hard-working tutors. Our teachers have amassed years of valuable experience in teaching and have the credentials to prove it. Because of the small sizes of our classes, our teachers can devote more of their class time to addressing the individual problems of the kids.
Aside from being well-versed in their respective subjects, they are professional, passionate, and inspirational teachers. They can explain difficult topics clearly, and they will not move on to a new topic until they are assured that your child has mastered and understood the lesson. Unlike in classroom settings wherein only theory lessons are given, our teachers offer workshops, reading programs, math gyms, and essay marking services so that your kids can demonstrate and apply what they have learned in practical situations.
