- Only new students who have not previously experienced lessons at Growth Academy are eligible for this policy. A new student is deemed as a student who has never undertaken any term or holiday classes for a particular subject at Growth Academy. Current students will follow the terms and conditions of their original enrolments.
- This guarantee only applies to regular term courses (not valid for holiday courses, or short one-off courses)
- All funds, including the enrollment fee, will be returned to the new customer if they disenroll within the given timeframe and adhere to the terms and conditions.
- Timeframe/disenrolment period: New students are eligible for this refund within the first 6 days after their first lesson (before the next lesson). This means the student must disenrol and return all resources before the next consecutive lesson to receive the refund.
- First lesson experience is valid for one lesson per subject
- All resources must be returned within the disenrolment period. If they are not all returned, the customer will be charged for the whole term regardless. Money back refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- A disenrolment form must be filled in to process the refund.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
