Account Setup Timeline
Check your email for the receipt
You will receive a receipt for your payment and a Welcome Email within the next few minutes containing your student's unique IXL software login credentials.
The Initial Assessment
Before the first live session, we need your student to log into IXL and complete a "Diagnostic Assessment". Remember: It's not a test, it's a map.
Accept your Class Dojo Invite
Look out for an email invitation from Class Dojo within 24-48 hours. Accept the invite to connect to your child’s specific class hub.
How to Join Our Online Math Classes
We use a combination of simple online tools to deliver our classes. Please review the steps below to ensure your student is ready to go.
1. Connect to Class Dojo
(Our Class Hub)
Class Dojo is where all announcements, assignments, and resources will be posted.
Once you receive your email invitation (within 24-48 hours), accept it to connect to your child’s class and stay updated.
2. Join the Live Class
(via Zoom/Google Meet)
We use Zoom/Google Meet for live video instruction, where teachers can share their screens and interact directly with students.
The secure meeting link will be posted on your child's Class Dojo page 5 minutes before class starts.
Tip: Refresh the Class Dojo page a few times before class to ensure you see the link.

- Get Ready Early: Log in 10 minutes before class to check your microphone and camera (optional).
- Limit Distractions: Find a quiet space for your child to focus so they can get the most out of the session.
- Be Patient: Technical issues can happen. If you get stuck, don't worry—we are here to help.
